They especially like using little kids or old ladies to gangstalk me. What am I going to do, beat them up?

I can always tell when its another case of gangstalking when something happens that is so far removed from "normal" it seems surreal. Like a complete stranger coming up to you in a public library & starts to grab your property, get in your face & screams insults at you & threatens to assault you while the librarians just keep looking down, pretending they don't see anything & don't say a word to the perp (because they're in on it), on the contrary, he goes up to them afterwards & makes smalltalk w/ them...
