This is the first one I have ever seen that actually has some logic in it. Unfortunately, the outcome 9/2/3 means nothing in terms of a date, an hour or anything else that makes any sense.

So that means, it's still the same as...

(examples of stupidity below)

9/11/2001
2 = (1+1) [adding the 2 numbers in the day together]
18 = 9 * 2 [multiplying previous number to the month ... no addition because it's a singular number]
2001 + 18 = 2019 [adding that to the year, because we can .. normal number people logic]
