Richard II (6 January 1367 – c. 14 February 1400), also known as Richard of Bordeaux, was King of England from 1377 until he was deposed in 1399.

Fourteenth-century poulaine-toed shoes found in London were found only in men's sizes,[4]: 88–9  but 15th century art shows them being worn by both men and women, with the toes of men's shoes being the most extravagantly long.
