Kundalini is life force which is connected to inner confidence meaning the person is in charge of their own happiness. When life force is centered there is body confidence and that causes the mind and nervous system to relax. Stress is a body ager. It also causes access to natural wisdom and joy.

A cave is like an insulated pocket that breathes. It is like no thought, time, destination, emotion, etc no labels so when you look, observe, and behold and then through a pure thought means understanding without previous beliefs that could warp the information and with soul language there is rarely a need of interpretation.

When you see pillars of old, under those pillars used to be arch shaped catacombs. That are also tunnels.

Gil-gal
Elijah is on a journey to the eternal land of God’s rest.

Following the way Joshua led the 12 T into the land [but in reverse]
He starts in Gil-gal, which is a throwback to Egypt. At Gilgal “the shame of Egypt” was removed (Joshua 5:8-10), when the skins of Israel were taken away.

Bethel is a throwback to Sinai, when the dwelling of God came to earth. (The shekhinah was the dwelling place of God.)Bethel means the house of God.

Finally, after Israel left Sinai, they had circled the wilderness before arriving at the River Jordan. Jericho therefore was a throwback to the (circular) wilderness wanderings, where the desert was a place of death and unfruitfulness (2 Kings 2:22). Joshua had circled the city before destroying it.

Thus Elijah makes a trek to follow the pattern of the Israelites who left Egypt and finally entered the rest of the Promised Land. Elijah therefore followed this earthly pattern in a reverse imagery (if you will), so that when he crossed the Jordan he entered the rest of the heavenly Promised Land.

There is a resonance that surround the earth that keeps you calm, when you get to high it is said you lose your mind.
Jericho was said to have had the wrong vibration, and when the right resonance was restored with the trumpet and the great shout of the people it fell to the ground.
