Misdiagnosed for years, finally an answer
After all this time I was told I had severe anxiety, panic disorder, sleep disorder, migraines, complex migraines, trigeminal neuralgia... And finally I saw a neuro worth a dime and he said its most likely nocturnal temporal lobe seizures. Is there anyone out there that has anything similar, he is running a few tests to be sure, but it makes sense now that most of my issues went away when one doctor put me on anti-seizure meds for migraines, and once I stopped they all returned. I get auras just before the onset, then deja vu, followed by intense fear, then I can't think or find words, then I have headaches. At night, I fall asleep, sometimes my husband wakes me up and says I had been screaming, I will feel very weird for a minute, sometimes I hallucinate, my arms look really large, or I'll see shapes in the wall.the sleep ones happen about 5-10 minutes upon falling asleep, and almost always happen when I'm exhausted or stressed. I wake up feeling like my body is hurting, vibrating almost, intense vertigo, heart racing, and I always feel so tired because I sleep little and wake often. Anyone else?

Yes, a few years back, but it was negative. I even had a bullseye rash, but the doctor dismissed the idea

Last time I felt like that I found out that my other half had been slipping narcotics into my drinks. Obviously, we're not together anymore. I took him out of the equation and all of the symptoms went away.

ELISA and western blot are crap, many are told the test says negative, then they end up having a borrelia infection. Watch the documentary "Under Our Skin", and it's sequel. Many good facts and exposes the tyrants at the CDC and IDSA for keeping Lyme Dr's from practicing their cures, as well as their peddling of 30 year old, rehashed bs that doesn't always cure patients, and they force upon other Doctors as treatment guidelines.

They will dismiss you.... If you had the rash, you probably have it. It is a stealth infection. Look for a Lyme literate doctor in your area and get testing done through IGenex Labs.

Have you ever had your sex hormones checked?

That's what caused my panic disorder and fatigue.

Yeah but the problem is : there are few doctors on the market who can truly examine your for tickbites from the past. In Belgium there is 1 (!) doctor who has specialized in this and where all other dr's fail he often finds traces from a tickbite, don't matter if its years old ..

Yeah, that was pretty much my response, even in a drug induced state of mind.

Lyme disease mimics rheumatoid arthritis, its not the cause of every human illness in the world.
I wonder if the Igenex lab tests which dont get covered by insurance ever come back negative. Any test which is always positive isnt a test, its a moneymaker.

Hell, you just have to know a lab tech, someone with the knowledge and ability to culture your blood. You can look at archived slides of Borrelia, and look at your own blood under the scope to see if anything looks familiar.

Lyme isn't a money maker if treated properly. Thats why certain agencies work hard to silence LLMD's success stories. Simple, cheap anti-biotics can clear a chronic case.

No breast implants. Last night I got one hour of sleep. Right as I would start to hit REM, I could see halos in the darkness behind my eyes, weird flashes. I would struggle like I was experiencing sleep paralysis, then jerk awake screaming. I suppose it could just be some weird parasomnia.

You are sorely misinformed... It can mimic over 300 different diseases. Also, evidence is starting to show that it could be a communicable disease... I bet you're a practicing physician arent you?
