Aerial footage of a Union Pacific freight train after it derailed in south-east Texas on Saturday following heavy flooding. Two of the train’s staff managed to swim to safety after the derailment. A Union Pacific spokesman said the train was carrying cement, which is not hazardous. Rains are expected to intensify over the weekend now that Hurricane Patricia has made landfall in Mexico
