Yes” I wrote that I thought I was going get arrested at the Ocean County Courthouse that day. Which is why I had a column on Monday, thought I might not be around to write this one. Thankfully, I did not get arrested when I went to the Ocean County Courthouse in Toms River on Monday to pass out Jury Nullification awareness literature. I was reacting to an illegal verbal order issued last week by Lt. Joseph Green of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department. He indicated he would arrest and remove people if they made jurors aware of their right to nullify, he called it “jury tampering”, so I defiantly did that exercising “free speech” and was not arrested. |

Under the Bill of Rights, jurors have the power to find a defendant not guilty if they find the law in question is flawed – even if the person being accused actually did smoke pot (or commit another victimless crime). In the Jury room, the pot smoker is not called "not guilty"; the jury simply says he "shouldnot be punished", and that causes a Not Guilty, i guess. "The Jury says, Yes, he did smoke it, but he shouldnot be punished". Then the law takes over, and then he walks free. |

Whether you agree with the law is meaningless -- the trial is about whether the person is guilty or innocent of breaking that law. |

When I saw this I knew that the NWO intends to eliminate this right. In fact, they will eliminate the entire Bill of Rights. |
