This actually fits Sean Penn pretty well. I think its him.
He is known as a bad boy actor, he is known to sleep around a lot. Anyone remember when he and Scarlett Johannsen were supposedly having sex all over Hollywood?
One of his ex wives left him after catching him with 2 hookers. He also is knows to be a drug user in hollywood.
The article also says "At the same time, the star had vowed to stop sowing wild oats and settle down with his then-romantic interest. But that relationship did not last"
He was with Charlize Theron and they were engaged then ended up breaking up after about a year and a half....works for this time frame too. 2014-2015 He was ready to settle down with her then something happened that caused them to go seperate ways. Was it this?
