Oh, I agree there. My main sympathies are definitely with the women that are still sleeping with him without knowing. It's 100% selfishness to know you've got this and still do that. This is way more serious than "I slept with this person when I had a cold and I passed the cold onto her!" Yeah, colds aren't that bad compared to this.

I admit I don't understand how the mind works. And maybe it doesn't even connect to the mind. Maybe it's just more of a system that we're in where if you're truly happy, you're just a "fluke" that got under the radar. It just seems like things bounce against each other.

The poor person dreams of wealth because $$$$ seems like the one thing that gives you some freedom. Just imagine if you were a millionaire and money wasn't one of the things you had to worry about. What would you be doing? Where would you be going?

The wealthy person has the $$$$ but it becomes more of a curse than anything else. You see so many people whether it's this "mystery celebrity" that could be Charlie Sheen or lots of other people that prove money can't buy happiness but more trouble. You're depressed or bored, do some cocaine and have an orgy with prostitutes!

And I realize there's a lot of people that don't fit either of those categories. The poor person might not dream of wealth, the poor person might find plenty of trouble that doesn't require money, the wealthy person might be able to handle their lives and be happy without going off the deep end, etc.

Guys, I know people in the “industry” who have been living with HIV Disease since the middle 1980’s! State of the art medical care, the right drugs, and decent nutrition and people are living 30 and 40 and even 50 years from diagnosis to death. If they’re diagnosed in their middle 30’s, and live another 40 years - hell they’re well into their 70’s by the time they’re showing serious signs of the illness and maybe another two or three years to die after getting sick.

While I would not wish it on anyone - it seems that today it is possible to live out most of a normal lifespan, and be relatively healthy doing it - even though they were infected back in the 1980’s!

I don't think it is Charlie . How many times in life is it who we initially think it is ? Sure he has a lifestyle that puts him at a larger risk then most people.But look at let's say Elton John.How many of you remember him in the 1990s saying " I don't know how I DIDN'T get AIDS!" Also look at Sheen's fanbase. He is worried he is going to alienate them? NO it has to be someone else.

As for the aids thing, Magic Johnson has been alive with it for like 24 years. I doubt an A-list actor no matter who it is won't have access to the same medications that Magic has used.

YES IT DOES!!!! OH MY GOSH!!! The person contracts HIV from a contaminated needle or sex with an infected person or some other blood to blood contact. Six months later or more, the virus converts into the blood and can be detected through a blood test. Then the T-cells begin to decrease and the person begins to have symptoms of full blown AIDS.

You cannot get AIDs unless you have the HIV virus in your blood.

No offense to Wilford Brimley but he's not a superstar! It must be someone else.
