He said that he disclosed the info to all of his sexual partners after he found out. He said that was the main reason he stated to get extorted. After some people found out, they shook him down and took hush money. He said the two people under his doctor he had sex with knew he was HIV. My guess is those two people were probably HIV positive themselves. Unless it's proven he didn't disclose the information, I don't see him getting into any legal trouble. |

Is Charlie facing 8 years in prison for each girl exposed? One report say he was with 200 women since he was diagnosed. So is he facing 1,600 years in jail? Good question. If he is charged with 8 years for each girl he could spend the rest of his life in jail. |
