No one with the kind of money Hollywood pulls in dies of HIV/AIDS any longer. Oh, they may get a bit sick from time to time. But with the new drugs, it’s very few who get sick enough to move from HIV+ to full blown AIDS. While it can happen if the disease is left untreated, it’s rare to see it happen in the US any longer. Medical Care for AIDS is free if you cannot afford the “good stuff” to get rid of it on your own. The drugs are expensive as hell but the government if more than willing to pay for them due to the fact that it’s cheaper to pay for the drugs than to pay the hospital bills of those dying form the disease for years and years like they once did back in the 80’s
