I knew a guy that broke his leg in Walmart.
An employee admitted to leaving a ladder out that he tripped over.
He settled for $8,000.
I told him he should've got a better lawyer.
Pain/suffering/out of work for 6 weeks/punitive...
I thought he should've got $20,000 minimum.
