Pray for political honesty in Malaysia. The Muslim politicians are stoking up racial sentiments to bring back the previous corrupt regime.

Christians though are only 10% are often portrayed as the biggest threat to the 60% Muslim population.

Let that fear bring positive results and not have negative impact on Christians in Malaysia

Daniel 1:4Children in whom was no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as had ability in them to stand in the king's palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans. 8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself. 9 Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.

Not sure how many of us on earth right now, could be Daniel and not be defiled in a kings palace. We are a culture to compromise on many things. Those eunuchs feared the king , Daniel feared , loved and respected the Lord above all else , even if it meant facing death.

Here in America we are almost like robots , with a program of the same routine every week of going to man made church and comfortable with that. We do this with all things like school and work satan was very clever. That is why vacations are so desired in this nation. Somewhere decades ago, we lost what real hunger and thirst is for the Lord , it became like a drive through restaurant. We were to long to be a Daniel but we took that character and made it common and lifeless. We made the den of Lions a cool story for children, Lord forgive us.

To bring Daniel in our time it would be like being sent to Iran, Saudi Arabia ,North Korea or China and placed in the kings palace, then told to do as the king says. We always had to be ready for this scenario but the ways of Babylon crept in slowly. We adapted , compromised , agreed and allowed the kings ways to over power us. The enemy whispered we could have and do both, that is greatest lie ever told.
Those that live in America right now are offered daily, things from the kings table that should be refused.

Daniel was forced into Babylon , we walk in it daily by choice. If we work or do business for any place God must be silent or not allowed, we chose Babylon. I recently ask a business if they were Christian and they were taken back and stuttered with the answer, try it sometime. We put God in a building on Sunday where it is safe. Following the Lord was not safe for Daniel , Jesus , Peter or Paul. Take time this week to see how many times we defile ourselves, is the call.

We see Politicians are threatening to take tax exemption from churches for not adhering to their ways. Many believe church should have never been linked to the government in such a way in the first place. Lines are being drawn in to chose God or the ways of the world, be Daniel is the call...If any think we can have a little Babylon in our lives that defiles , then the Cross has lost its true meaning...

“Matthew 5:Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. “
satan has whispered you do not have to do anything because of the Cross. satan has whispered that was for the time of Daniel not now.
1 Corinthians 3:17If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
“Revelation 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.”

Do you know what defiles the temple ? If not take time to know , life and death depend on it.
