I just found this thread. Please know that I will dedicate to pray for each of you.

I know it may seem very small consider the troubles that others are facing, but if you have an extra prayer to send up I would appreciate it.

My family has hit a very bad financial rut. Just keeping the utilities on is almost impossible and Christmas is around the corner. We've never been in this situation so badly and I'm terrified. On top of that there is a family issue involving my grown son and my husband's sister that has threatened to ruin the whole holiday season for us and our younger two children. As of now he will not be coming for Thanksgiving as planned and the sister offered he and his girlfriend ANOTHER all-expense paid vacation to the Carribean over Christmas in order to have him with her and her family. This is two years in a row that we will not have Christmas with him...last year she took them to Disney

Like I said...I know it's petty considering the situations that others are facing but it has put me in such a dark place and the younger kids deserve better than what they are getting for Christmas and from family. Any prayers would be appreciated. I'm struggling so hard with my faith.
