Micah 5: Now gather thyself in troops, O daughter of troops: he hath laid siege against us: they shall smite the judge of Israel with a rod upon the cheek. 2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. 3 Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel. 4 And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth. 5 And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.
6And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders. 7 And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the Lord, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men. 8 And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver. 9 Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off. 10 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord, that I will cut off thy horses out of the midst of thee, and I will destroy thy chariots: 11 And I will cut off the cities of thy land, and throw down all thy strong holds: 12 And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers: 13 Thy graven images also will I cut off, and thy standing images out of the midst of thee; and thou shalt no more worship the work of thine hands. 14 And I will pluck up thy groves out of the midst of thee: so will I destroy thy cities. 15 And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.

Micah 5 is for every generation to remember many things. A new ruler is coming over Israel. A remnant will survive that we will read about in Matthew , Mark and Luke. We know Jesus did feed in strength. That remnant did not serve man they waited and knew Jesus was coming. We know the Gentiles became part of the flock. We know Jesus left us new weapons to fight strong holds.

“2 Corinthians 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.”

We know from Exodus , Numbers, Deuteronomy to Revelations, we were to never having anything to do with witchcraft , soothsayers, graven images of anything and never worship work of our own hands.

“Micah 5:15 And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.”

God was mad in Micah and there has not been a generation since, He has not got mad at.
“1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”
If not for Jesus and that rainbow to remind God not to be done with us , we would be done already.

“Mark 13:19For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. 20And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.”
“Luke 21:22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. “

We live in a time that teaches God does not get mad and we do not want our ears to hear such business. We were told this would happen. From Micah to, today we were to be ready for Jesus coming. That is not some fuzzy , feel good message. Jesus is very clear how awful it will be. To think we do not worship man made things , is to not understand the secular world of education , work and all the things the Holy Spirit was and is denied to be part of. To think we do not worship graven images is to not understand what God said in “Exodus 20:4
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.”

ANY THING.

To think we do not play around with witchcraft, is to not understand movies , games and shows we take lightly. Jesus is coming and we were to not have anything He hates in our lives. We could not be part light and darkness.

“John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

Biggest strong hold of the enemy is to say we can do both. Biggest strong hold of the enemy was to say children could be educated where the Holy Spirit is not allowed. Biggest strong hold of the enemy was to say teach darkness and light.

I promise God is mad and He will show us in strange ways , as in Luke 21. He is searching the harvest , have no part of darkness was the message in Micah and today. Be the remnant was always the
message and that was not easy for them or us. Pay attention , listen and watch Jesus is coming...
Get on His path and do not get off with any offers of darkness...
What God did not tolerate in Genesis to Revelation did not change.
