Sorry, just really busy. Working, caring for mom, painting the house and I had two job interviews, both pay more than what I make now.. But I do pray every day even if I don't post. :)

I'm feeling really good. I found this video about vitamin d taken at night makes you sleep deep enough for your body to repair itself and restore gut health. So I tried it two nights in a row and it seems to be working. I got only 4 hours sleep and I should be tired but I feel like working out and my vision seems clearer. :)
You have to take b complex also because your body uses them up in the repair. It's only been two days but I haven't felt this good in years. I didn't realize how non-restorative my sleep was.
