A week or so ago I was a mess. No matter how much I prayed, I couldn't shake this fight or flight feeling. Now I'm settled. I go to work, and I go home. While I'm home I pray, read scripture, and watch comedies or listen to music. I'm not even doing much around the house. Just cleaning, cooking, or laundry. And I rest.

I feel like this weekend is going to be when a great number of people who don't seem to be taking this seriously will finally understand.
