Prayers for discernment and peace for all. Especially praying for Tiger and her family.  So, I wracked my back late afternoon yesterday. Weirdest thing ever. I was prying cattle panel pens out to clean the barn and was bent over and a vertebrae in my mid lower back went BAM! Muscles are spasming but I can walk and have feeling and all, so I think it will be okay in about a week. Also am blessed to have an inversion table, but I am definitely in pain. Always lift with legs...always lift with legs....Derp. If you wouldn't mind asking our Father for speedy healing on this for me, I would greatly appreciate it! Oh prayers for you! ANd...always lift with legs...!
