Flood and Roy Update.
The water in my basement finally drained. I will do cleanup tomorrow.My youngest daughter will give me a hand here, and my other 2 daughters who's basements flooded also, will be cleaning up theirs tomorrow too.
I cut the bandage off of Jewels foot. She really was upset, but the Vet said it could come off. I know it hurt to take it off, but it had to be done.
I got a call 1/2 an hour ago. Roy is being transferred right now to a Psych Hospital for patients with medical conditions, 45 minutes from here.I have to call tomorrow to see what he is allowed to have, if anything. I am sure visitors are not allowed, but I will ask anyway.I am so relieved they found a place for him that is not too far away !

Water was gushing up from the sewer drain on the basement floor.The street looked like a river, and my property looked like a lake. My oldest daughter, who lives 1 1/2 blocks away from me, got her basement flooded, and so did my middle daughter, who lives across the alley from me. We all got a big mess to clean up. :( I'm so sorry was it the broken dam? Focus on max ventilation to prevent mold if you can. Don't add heat it will incubate spores.
