Ephesians 6 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole Armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.


We are in a war till Jesus returns. We were given Armour to wear and the Amour of God ,is all about the true Word of the God. We are not covered from the darts of the wicked if we do not have truth, righteousness, gospel , faith , salvation and “the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”
The wicked one knew to destroy the truth ,for us to not be able to quench the fiery darts. The wicked one took the no nos, of 1 Thessalonians 2 as his weapons. They are deceit, uncleanness, guile, which is crafty evil, pleasing men flattering words , a cloke of covetousness and seeking glory of men.
That is a small list of satan's weapons there are many more. We are to follow Paul's lead when fighting the wicked.

“Acts 13:8 But Elymas the sorcerer for so is his name by interpretation withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith. 9 Then Saul, who also is called Paul, filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him. 10 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord? 11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.12 Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord. “

We never want to be an enemy of the Lord . The language Paul used in Acts 13 and even causing blindness with the power of the Lord, is not taught in our time of flattering words and trying to please men. The Word of God, that Jesus suffered and went to the Cross for us to have, was to never used as a weapon for “deceit, uncleanness, guile, which is crafty evil, pleasing men flattering words , a cloke of covetousness and seeking glory of men.”

In the Garden we saw the power of “deceit, uncleanness, guile, which is crafty evil, pleasing men flattering words , a cloke of covetousness and seeking glory of men.” The wicked one always wanted us divided in the Word of God. Take time to know the enemies weapons he uses for us to not be protected.
