They are inert until excited by microwave radiation.
When inhaled, they are designed to saturate the blood, cause inflammation and target the heart and arterial system.
Your pop guns are worthless. There is a layered system : ground based, helicopter and aircraft based and orbitally
based.
Your structures offer no defense.
