Did the Globalists Call in an attack in effort to elect Jeb Bush?

Did the Globalists call in the ISIS terror attacks in a desperate attempt to try to swing public opinion toward Jeb Bush? Everyone knows that Hillary is unelectable, especially the The Powers That Be. They know that if we have another Democrat as CIC, then we'll revolt. Jeb is their safe bet and he serves the same masters that his brother did. By reenacting the terror events and emotions that Americans experienced due to Al Qaeda, they may be hoping to subconsciously remind Americans of George Bush's attack on extremists.

Maybe they want you to think:
Bush took care of threats. Bush did what was necessary. Bush made you feel safe.

Anyway, it was a feeling I had while watching the the mainstream propagandists hard at work. They certainly wouldn't have reported on how unsafe things were 1-2 years ago, as that would have threatened Barry's reign of terror. Now that the sand is almost out of the hourglass, they have to shift to retain control. I guess we'll see if they double down on the Trump attacks after the terror operation completes.
