Best way to sell a couple motorcycle's?

I would try craigslist , local but be ready to deal with a plethora of lowballers and tire kickers as well as just plain idiots and time wasters. Seeming the bikes are of such good quality, you might have some luck on ebay but make sure to pay for the reserve sale.

Wait until spring if you live in a climate with rough winters. No one wants to buy a bike to sit in the garage for months until they can ride it.

I hear ya, tried selling stuff there before, bunch of scam artists.

Lifetime car dealer recently retired.The biggest issue is getting paid, plus you can not really let anyone test ride the bikes. If they drop them you are screwed, and they will sue you too. The other weak link is that you pretty much have to meet them at the bank and get cash/sign the title over after the cash hits your hand. Any other way-certified check, wire transfer, etc, the risk of getting screwed is high.

Any local shops, they do commission. What state? In sc they sell all year! Craigslist is great, don't listen to people. Just be smart text phone only meet at Starbucks I bet you carry so if a large hood just have them come over.

They are well wanted bikes, you own out right or take over payments

dont do cl unless ur very security conscious! Firearms and some backup. maybe even lojack them for a short time while theyre for sale. Around here bike sellers get a lot of thugs!

I would try and store them until Spring unless you want to lose a lot of money..Spring Bikes bring better money..Good Luck.

I got the Forty-eight by going in to a failing dealership with a cashiers check for about $9,500 the day before the new model came out. Manager was not there, Jr sales guy took the check, basically 2 grand below MSRP counting taxes and plates.

The is a major bike auction in Las Vegas in January. You could take them there. My brother is selling three classic bikes at the auction.

Hey maybe after you sell those girl bikes you can get a real Harley. Also it would be best to sell right before Christmas or when it's spring

haven't used cycle trader, but RV and Auto Trader are great because they have a way bigger reach. Good luck! They look beautiful...
