This is America to me- stories, pride,integrity, love

This song always reminds me of growing up around my grandpa and uncles. We'd work 10 hour days stacking hay at 9 years old. We'd always lay around the house, my cousins and I and listen to hee haw, its hickish, but to me it was America. Hard working , helpful, good people, democrats or republicans, back then you were an American and you took up for right vs. wrong.

These days the world has no sense of itself, I pray we get back to loving each other some day, whether we agree or not!Peace folks and good night.
