I do all the time to see if i notice people while out n about. One guys works at a freaking Food store I wont name which one, but how's that possible? Shouldn't he be banned from being around children?? I found it quite odd and creepy . i quit shopping there. [ link to www.homefacts.com] You do realize that most states put you on that list for something as simple as urinating in public. . I'm in IL, in our state the registry has a picture, basic physical features info and also the crime - and even with a big radius I don't see anyone listed under public indecency. I think it's rare to be committed as a sex offender for peeing in public. It does happen though, I'm not doubting that at all, but I always wonder if there is more to the story in that kind of situation. Like if your drunk peeing behind a restaurant garbage bin at like 2 in the morning, that's one thing - but if you're drunk and you're peeing in broad daylight where anyone, including kids, can see you, that's another thing - And how is either one of them a sex offense? youre exposing your genitals Think its Kosher to whip your junk out infront a kid or in public park?
