Child molester is one thing, someone who has harmed a child.
Many on that list never even considered such a thing.
They took plea deals from the DA for things they didn't do.
And the plea deal is stay out of jail but must go on "the list".
Its also a list the Elite commonly use to destroy people and make them become a non human to avoid them being taken seriously about crimes the Elite perpetrated.

The court system is so overfilled with cases they don't have the time or money to bring cases to trial. SO 99% of the time it's just your lawyer working out deals with the DA. He told me if you take it to court for a jury trail the odds are you will lose. If you force the state to take it to trail and make them spend all that time and money trying prosecute you the DA automatically goes for the Maximum amount of time they can get.
Unless you can prove solidly that your innocent you never go to trail,but if you can prove that, you never would have been arrested anyways.
He told me about one case a high school boy was arrested for sexual assault on three different girls. He said at first he was convinced the boy was guilty. The kids lawyer shows up to his office one day with the girls tumblr accounts and he looks at it.. Filled with nothing but porn and they are captioning some of the photos saying I wish _______ would take me like this. He said he was shocked. He calls the girls into his office and wants them to explain this. Only thing they cared about was their parents not finding out about all the porn and dirty shit they were saying.
He truly believed the kid was innocent after that and it was consensual sex. He made the kid a plea deal no time but on the registry.
I think the boy got fucked over myself.
I asked him why not drop the charges then. He laughed, you can't just drop a sexual assault charge especially when the girls parents are very prominent members of the city.
