In some states, 18 year old bangs his 17 year old girlfriend - statutory rape, sex offender for life.

These provisions relate to state and federal laws regarding statutory rape or sexual assault. I know someone this happened to but it was 2 guys not guy/girl. The parents of the younger teen could not accept there sons "orientation" they were in the DA's office practically every day and ruined that boys entire life. He still has to register wherever he lives this happened like 25 years ago.
