On this thanksgiving I'm thankful for still being alive. Last year I could have died from alcohol withdrawal.
Longest month of my life, and literally didn't sleep for days at a time. My heart was pounding so hard and my blood pressure was dangerously high. Could have had a stroke or simply died in my sleep. I had no money or insurance at the time. It was a very dark time for me. Thankfully nothing happened and I'm still here.
On this thanksgiving I want to remind everyone of the dangers and corrupting power of alcohol, it is VERY dangerous and you are playing with fire. Keep it to light use.... if you are depressed, stressed out, lonely, or all of the above as I was I urge you to look into safer alternatives. Don't cross that line!
