The Golden Ratio or Phi is found in the pyramid in the following way:

If you think more specifically what the dog represents, why specifically they picked a dog, it may become even more clear how both of these are true and two sides of the same coin

There is also a reason 11:20 is the time on the clock and 11-20 is the number on the cop car. Look at this number as a child would.
