But last night the American firm behind Cadbury’s was accused of treating the British with contempt for slashing its tax bill as well.

Our beloved household names should first become British owned co operatives before being sold out to tax evaders.

don't worry, the state recuperated its lost cut from the main suckers, the Cadbury's consumers ..(20% VAT)

VAT is THE MOST diabolical, fascist, anti-human trick to steal from people (not companies) and yet in 7 years of reading GLP I have never seen anyone complaining/posting about it !

Why am I taxed/punished for consuming ?

VAT is 25% in Sweden !!!!!!!!!
After the state takes its FIRST 40% cut from my gross salary, it takes ANOTHER QUARTER (through VAT) from whatever they left me (because unavoidably, I will buy stuff)
