Just like in WW2, the Kamikaze pilots were believers of a divine wind (Shintoism). That is an ideology that is Fundamentalism. How did the US take out this ideology. We totally destroyed them. We blew there plane's apart and dropped 2 A-Bombs on their asses before they capitulated in unconditional surrender....

That is what has to be done to the Islamist Ideology...
