Anonymous Coward User ID: 61869998 France 02/18/2020 04:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I just ordered cats claw, it's been 7 years since I was taking it. Bought 3 bottles Quoting: Anonymous Coward 61869998 What do you take it for? There isn't much description on Amazon. I took it years ago to clean up my pancreas. I have several complications, unfortunately How did you notice it working? Well, get ready to really feel like shit and very tired....3 weeks. That is when you know its pulling out all of the toxins . Most people stop taking it because they feel bad, not knowing its helping them. There is no magic pill to take disease and discomfort away...just be prepared....by week 4 you should feel better. Although, we as a people have dealt with health problems for so long, feeling good again at first might feel a little odd.... |

Here is one for gallbladder and healthy bile production. I have Silymarin in the cupboard so that will be easy to start taking. A lot of people would add it to chicken broth it compliments rosemary and thyme. It's one of those plague herbs that's been around for a long time. When I was sick a few weeks ago with a cold (still getting over it, pain in the arse) I was steeping a bag of the hyssop and adding it to my chicken noodle soup. It was better than drinking it by itself. |

Also how do you do with eating pears? Do you like them? Good for the liver/gallbladder. Anything that helps the liver will help the gallbladder. Quoting: Ricky M I like pears okay. The skin really is pretty gross and if it is gritty..or slimy..or bruised..just unappealing. Skinned pears in a can I would be fine with. I just took a Silymarin which is for liver function. It's a pear with mayo(don't put a glob of mayo on it like it shows to do), cheese(minimal), a maraschino cherry on top. Sounds nasty but it's good. You need some form of fat and mayo is just eggs and oil..Ever had a banana sandwich? Bread, mayo, cut up banana. Incorporate small amounts of fat daily so that your gallbladder is in a state of emptying. Holding the bile causes the inflammation. I know that sounds scary to do but the first time I really noticed gallbladder pain I went weeks without eating any fats and one day I decided to drink milk and the pain went away. |

I drink milk too but ran out a few days ago. Haven't eaten much in the 3 days. Feeling better though. My chili is really low fat, but I add a little cheese and sour cream so I get fats from that and the milk. I think this time it was an accumulation of a few meals and then the final one that lit the match. Difficulties strengthen the Mind as labor does the body... ~Seneca |

Also tortilla chips and guacamole (not a lot, like 5-7 chips) very light snacking. And also I don't drink. That's one other thing they kept asking me, if I drink and I told them I stopped when I found out I had hypothyroid (it's toxic on the thyroid) anyways I hope this helps. Stick to the BRAT diet, stay as bland as possible. |

Keep food in your tummy. I know you don't like to eat. And scared to eat. But that fear has to go. You will find the balance. Same thing with coffee. I dilute my coffee as well I love it strong though so, sucks, but gotta do what I gotta do to avoid the pain. My doctor also told me to start moving around more, being active, going for walks and stuff will also help with gallbladder emptying..getting metabolism functioning properly. If I eat tortilla I usually like to get the blue corn and make sure it's organic. I honestly don't like too much guacamole so I just eat the chips by themselves. |

Not as tasty but works and can eat that more than once per week. I like the mushroom soup idea. I'm gonna make that. Maybe tomorrow. :) Difficulties strengthen the Mind as labor does the body... ~Seneca |
