This causes a sense of confusion and isolation which encourages various forms of attachment to comforting delusions. Sovereignty over self is attained by accepting the self for what it is. In so doing the individual, dispensing with the energy consuming need to erect and maintain defensive mental routines, allows the truth to prevail instead, without regret and without judgment. In this manner the mind becomes detached and observant.

The energy formally used to sustain defensive mechanisms and constellations of delusionary complexes is freed from its shackles and can he used to enhance alertness and perception.

In focused attention there is discovered Truth and this is the greatest manifestation of intelligence.

Kraft singles don't taste very good..but a Kraft single sandwich on white bread with mayo and mustard and some sour cream and onion chips all smashed together, is the tops nostalgia food from childhood.

Granted there was usually bologna too but I'm willing to sacrifice the bologna for the nostalgia.

It was reoccurring. And everything about it looking back, is disturbing.

However, there was no fear whatsoever of them in the dreams. They were actually my protectors. That is why they held their hand over me. To hide me in the Astral. Or so I thought. It was like being in an egg.

I was left to sit in the center of them. Mostly in the dark. There I had a laptop and they would tell me things or I would communicate back and forth with someone or thing, here on GLP. It showed me in a way, things that would happen. Showed me how to prepare for what would come. Things that would pop up.

The hooded figures I saw were not carrying an egg..I was inside it. There were also far more than 3. At least 9. Males and females.

They were hiding me inside, until I stood up and they dropped their arms to straight out, almost touching me with their finger tips. If I moved in any direction..they would seamlessly move with me.

They also had their hoods down when I stood up. I could see their faces which is how I knew some were female.

They stood around me in a tight circle so no light could shine through and then had their arms raised in a dome above me..

Made me think of the egg Seer was inside, in her dream about the hooded beings. Also, the sitting on an egg (or turtle shell) feeling her and I experience.

No headphones. They talked to me a lot inside the egg. I could see a little light through their fingers that formed the dome above me.

The sync has been extremely thick. I’ve had no appetite throughout, but all the bologna and cheese sandwich talk made my stomach rumble, just a bit lol.

Bologna and cheese was my favorite childhood sandwich. Boar’s Head was the popular brand of deli meats on Long Island, where I grew up. It was so, so good.
