We had Grammy's social distance 100th birthday party in July..because how can a family NOT celebrate a 100th birthday party..but do so during a pandemic to put her(and everyone else) at the least risk possible?

It worked. It works.


My SIL was even more neurotic about it than I was during camping..but has more experience than I do..having to social distance her family. I understood and tried to comply to her wishes as much as I could.

Not having to worry about that..with just us would be nice. We're looking at a few places.

After literally begging for months for him to take me camping..he's suddenly into it.

I couldn't be more grateful.

Normally we'd be crazy slammed right now with business..stressed to breaking point.

Not this year. The rest of this year I hope to spend doing things I never imagined I'd be able to..until I was retired.

I have a great picture of him in the blanket igloo. It's his thing.

I can see why camping just the 3 of you would be much more relaxing. Practicing social distancing, with children, can be challenging.

I've been purposely training myself to break from the Internet nearly every night at 5pm for the last month. Going 2 days without completely..and then repeating that..will help to further break from it.

Like quitting smoking..you stop thinking about it..for 5 minutes, 20 minutes..30 minutes..an hour..2 hours..4 hours! A day..


I know how addiction works. I know how to break it. I just need the reason to do it.

For me it is going somewhere else..where I am saturated in something else.

So I can remember what it is like..to not be 'aware' of all things..and just be in the moment.


The Energy did follow me, but it didn't hassle me..much.

There is no tech out there.

Last night I had a dream about another poster here for the first time. At least that I have ever recalled. I knew exactly whom I was dreaming of and they were in the exact form I relate to them.

The only part I particularly remember was mentioned in some form, just earlier by said person.

Sorry to hear it. It's been a special kind of Hell for most of us..

All our venues shutdown totally, starting in March. We were having our shows in July and October, canceled in May. There was no choice.

So did our state. We were the second in the Nation if I recall correctly. Maybe third..

Portland doesn't reflect Oregon.

I was bringing a pear tree as a gift to another.

A woman. It was like a 'house warming gift'. The house was elaborate..set on a hill.

The pear tree was rather small..only 4ft tall or so..with a single pear hanging off the middle of one branch.

It almost feels like the meaning is someone is about to get pregnant. Not me obviously being I gifted the tree to her.
