I saw space separate into sections and then I was somewhere else, looking at a giant clockwork cube. At least I think it was a cube. It looked like a wall of spinning cogs all different colors. I rose to the top and it was flat out in front of me as far as I could see. I guess that is only 2 sides. That's the entirety of what I saw. No elves for me.   I've been thinking about this the last couple days and realize that what I 'saw' if you will, was far closer to a giant step up than a cube. I just assumed it was a cube because of the 2 flat sides. An enormous step up, makes sense too. Like a tiny ant encountering a concrete step in a set of stairs. There was light at the other end surrounded by blackness. I didn't go toward it. The cog-step.
