i recall it, it was a knockoff off of a scam. the thread revolved around a dubious character that got people banned for just mentioning him.

With the right level of awareness one can occasionally meet Time in the middle.

We calls those near misses or very lucky.

Was that character in question even a real guy? Always seemed to be an actor playing a role. I thought him and his shtick was hilarious. I Won’t turn the thread into a 2010’s gossip thread but he seemed to be following some kind of character outline.

I don’t think it was a Larp. There’s dozens of Rothschilds so it’s not that big of a deal for one to pop on here and play with the ‘peasants’.

Yeah, thier plans don’t always succeed but there’s usually an agenda/end game that they are working on. They might have to compromise to plan B or C. Game theory etc.

Not familiar with the show but I’ll check it out later. I’m sure there’s not monolithic agreement within the family. Actually I’m not ‘sure’ of that but it seems likely.

Yeah, the Goldsmiths, Warburgs etc are all surnames that are part of that Rothschild clan. They don’t all have the actual Rothschild surname but that’s kind of the patriarchal origins of the power. They just intermarry and breed with each other. The women will marry a gentile Royal or wealthy powerful man every once in awhile. That’s how they got their hooks into the “old world” European aristocracy.

It makes sense to marry into what you already know. What would feel like absurd opulence to most of us, would just be normal every day feature for them.

With as much power and wealth they do yield, even they are not barred from the tragedy of losing their children. That was a bad year for minor children of the obscenely wealthy, IIRC.


The fact that baldness still exist is proof enough to me that even they are all still human and subject to decay and time.

There is a line in Outer Range where he is talking about Time and whether there is an order to it or if it is all just chaos. That was the clip I was looking for yesterday when I found the poker clip instead.
