No one likes seeing all their stuff burn. I'd bet a lot of really beautiful art and personal items that are irreplaceable, were burned. Fire safes and Insurance fraud. Most lucrative criminal activity is based on wild imagination. Much like Hollywood's wild budgets serve as a narcotics and human trafficking laundry. Capitol gains. Spelling mistake purposeful. I mean personal stuff. Like a blanket your nana knitted or things spent time crafting or collecting. Sure it's just stuff..but it still stings. I don't know any Rich folks that aren't at best charmingly sociopathic. But, most don't have the charm, only a shiny veneer. Caw caw You make a good point. I know someone like that.. Sociopaths really are quite rare. 1% of the population IIRC. Maybe that is why they are referred to as the 1%. Makes sense. Among indicators, the article says, is "a profound lack of remorse for their aggressive actions, both violent and nonviolent, along with a corresponding lack of empathy for their victims. This central psychopathic concept enables them to act in a cold-blooded manner, using those around them as pawns to achieve goals and satisfy needs and desires, whether sexual, financial, physical, or emotional. Most psychopaths are grandiose, selfish sensation seekers who lack a moral compass—a conscience—and go through life taking what they want. They do not accept responsibility for their actions and find a way to shift the blame to someone or something else." It's on HBOmax. Phil Hartman was a Canadian-American actor, voice actor, comedian, graphic artist, and screenwriter who was best known for being a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live from 1986 to 1994 and for voicing the Air Conditioner in The Brave Little Toaster. He also voiced Troy McClure, Lionel Hutz, Evan Conover, and Lyle Lanley on the popular Fox animated series The Simpsons from 1991, until his death in 1998. He voiced Jiji in the 1998 Disney dub of Kiki's Delivery Service. It would turn out to be the last role that he ever got to play, which is why at the very end of the movie, the screen shows "In Memory of Phil Hartman 1948-1998". But who owns it? In 2021, there were about 1.4 billion pounds of cheese in cold storage holdings in any given month according to the USDA. But our experts explained that it is almost entirely owned by private companies–Big Dairy, if you will. “Precious little cheese is owned by the government," Stephenson said. "We used to have a program in place where the government would buy some storable dairy products, and a very specific kind and style of cheese was one of those items. But those programs became completely sidelined back in the 1980s.” The U.S. government put price protection programs in place after World War II to help keep the faltering dairy industry afloat. “We consume as a country almost 13.5 billion pounds of cheese a year,” Wolf said. “So while 1.3 billion is a significant amount of cheese, it's only 10% of what we're going to consume in a year.” [link to www.wusa9.com (secure)] https://imgur.com/ew9Q1nT Difficulties strengthen the Mind as labor does the body... ~Seneca |

He was the corrupt head of the NKVD and used his position of power to commit several horrendous crimes. Beria attempted to control the Soviet Union after Joseph Stalin's death through Georgy Malenkov but would ultimately be brought down by Nikita Khrushchev. He was based on the real Lavrentiy Beria. Beria's hobby is kidnapping, abusing, and raping women and girls as young as seven years old. He would have his NKVD officers bring him victims or select them off the streets himself. At least three of his victims are seen on-screen, two being middle-aged and the other still in adolescence. At his trial, as Khrushchev reads his sentence, Beria is charged with 347 counts of rape.
