FWIW..I definitely have personalities I default to that could be considered alters..but I don’t consider them that.

More like, I am able to understand my environment better by ‘identifying’ with their characters in that moment. Usually in video form.

I’m sure could probably guess what they are. I’ve shown at least 4 of them in the last 3 or so weeks.


By identifying with a character on screen..say this child fighting an invisible monster..I could take from them same determination to fight back.

And I did.

When I say Sia saved my life, it wasn’t just her music but the videos that went along with her voice.

This kid inspired me..to keep fighting while Sia reminded me that I was Alive.

Here’s my question..is my YouTube algorithm connected to yours? Minutes after you posted that vid, which I didn’t see, YouTube offered me that which I knew was for you.

It is something I’ve been considering for awhile now when I see cross thread shares, without being directly aware in the moment.

It has to be a shared algorithm thing..right?

It's possible that the google algo takes everything you write into account, anywhere online, right? I mean it seems to occasionally pick up information from spoken conversations, at least in my experience and anecdotes from others.

But you know what I think - I think the AI is advanced enough to know that you and I are friends, and works that into its analytics.

That’s what I’m thinking. If I had seen it first, then went to YouTube and saw it recommended I wouldn’t have thought anything of it, because I know that is how the algorithm works.

However, not seeing or clicking your thread and it still works it out in minutes and offers me that video on the chance I’d choose it and we’d have this conversation. Is that sync or something else?
