I'm so tired of people who find pleasure in being rude and hurtful, especially when it's completely unprovoked.

Hey Fancy :)

Okay! Let me know your thoughts regarding :)
How was your party last night?

Hahahaha, I don't even know how to say. The hostess chewed me out in text after I left. She's never been mad at me before and after talking with others about the situation, she had no reason to be mad at me. I went despite the risk and stayed over an hour which I thought was enough time. Apparently not, lol
She was under high volume of emotional stress and took it out on me(projected) for her situation she put herself in. I don't mind I guess. She will realize it, I'm sure.

It is a symptom of narcissism. Rampant behavior on GLP.

To attack that by which one feels threatened anonymously and for no reason other than what the attacker feels justified in the moment to categorically destroy.

It's a form of witch burning that exists only in the mind attacking the object or person that insults.
 Quoting: Seer777

You are absolutely correct.

I really need to see this movie. I've seen it referenced more than once here.

I don't equate vanity with self love though. There's a difference between confidence and narcissism. Someone who truly loves them self, doesn't need to tear others down.

A definite 'must watch'. I've seen it repeatedly. Back when movies were still great. Or maybe I was just still young enough to appreciate.

I understand. I don't like it either. I used to be terrified of confrontation, and would purposely tip toe around people, just to avoid it (though I'm still guilty of doing it with some people). You inevitably get tired of being treated like a doormat, when you keep it up for too long. The danger then, is going too far to the extreme, in the opposite direction.

Balance is something that I have to work extremely hard to attain.
I'm a 'feeler', more than a thinker. That makes it easier to lean towards the extremes.

I really admire people that are able to maintain balance, rather effortlessly.

It is extremely difficult to trust one's own sight, when everything else is saying something different.

Perhaps the heart must be torn asunder, before it can rise to its true fiery glory.

When you know, the fear should be so easily be conquered.

I have been experiencing something interesting. I get pushed into sadness and pain, and while in it, I feel the one pushing me. I feel the pride and joy of it, for hurting me, as it makes its way through.

Their smile pierces onto my lips.

"Where is your heart now?"

Somewhere you will never be able to reach.
