His students were already very talented. The final pieces were incredible in their own right.

I think if schools were set up more like this, the kids would engage more and we would produce more people like him. Extra talented in their own fields to which they feel drawn, not memorizing facts that can be Googled in a moment.

Building real-world skills.


Classrooms should be competitive and team building, and have real world monetary rewards/internships for the top students within the community. I think that would be ideal, if possible.

Just some thoughts.
