Beautiful sunrise this morning. Accompanied by a small rainbow. I took some pics.

I have the chocolate banana bread cooking, although the batter was a little too sweet for me, I wish I had cut the sugar some.

I had some cashews I wanted to use, so I chopped those and through in.

If nothing else, the guys at work will eat it. :)

I will pop a plain banana bread in when the chocolate is done!

And then I will start prepping my chicken thighs to be braised with carrots and lemon.

Yummy, I love the weekends when I can really enjoy the kitchen with the time to properly execute fine meals.
