Did the AI come up with that? I wonder how long until it will be designing clothing.

Showing a little leg there. Reminds.

^Things that are 'widely considered' indecent, lewd or evil, are flexible and change over time when outdated belief systems fall out of favor. Or are forced out.

It can go either way.

^I stumbled on a trove of 'witchy memes' the other day. Had a lot of fun reading through them.

There's another 27+ links on the bottom of this dump..

The victorian era was certainly not the time to be a witch (or a psychic in any capacity, really)

When I think about it, it's super appropriate Freud was from that time. The sexual repression/tension was very real and back then everything was actually probably based on underlying sexual tension like freud said.

Interesting how culture shapes psychology in such essential ways.

Now that "it's not real" (magic), nobody cares about witches - it's "cute"

The Victorian era was a time where/when this was in every parlor in the land. I suggest you look up the Belleville sisters and a place called Lilydale.

Then I suggest you look at the surveys as to how many women were prostitutes in the big cities.

You might be thinking about those that write the history, but not those that live it.

Oh the school system.

Just in case you have a difficult time finding them they were also called the Fox sisters.
