I see it as a lemon(yellow peel) and I uploaded it 11 years ago to make a point about lemon water and its potential benefit in drinking it daily. Specifically in regard to cancer. Maybe it is a grapefruit. Also good. My sparkling water is grapefruit and I add fresh lemon and lime juice. Good for the skin and brain as well.  It is definitely grapefruit membrane I think you're right. I always saw it as a lemon but it is pink like grapefruit. Well spotted.
