I'm not sure I can explain this sufficiently.
With such shielding, blocking, or otherwise mechanisms I'm typically trying to align my own state with what I am 'cool with' and the shielding 'frequency' is sort of an extension of that. So, whilst I'm not visualizing a set vibrational rate I am instilling it with by building it from 'self'.

There's a few examples in media and science of such a thing, there's an episode of stargate where there are force field barriers that they cannot pass through unless moving very fast and are able to 'see' the gaps.

Consider to wave forms coming together that are not in alignment, say in music. It 'sounds' wrong.

It's abrasive by feel, you don't even need to analyze it, it just feels "off".

We can get more technical and have layers at different frequency and vibrational rates, say an outer "shell" that is similar to that jagged one whilst you're layers deep closer to the first, calmer wave. Mind you some folks will encounter that and feel you're abrasive to them.

It's also worth mentioning that there are those out there that will seek to mirror, mimic and align to you simply to get closer. Psychologically we might consider these the sociopath, the covert narcissist. It can be interesting or useful to allow these types to do exactly that, knowing that you've got a little something in store for when they think they've reached "core access" and try to hurt you.

I hope some of that makes sense, I'm just spamming it out in attempt to explain what is largely, for me, intuitive and by feel.

I should mention there is a scenario where someone has a hard, spiky outer shell, that has been developed due to abuse or continued harm and everything they interact with gets filtered through that and so the world becomes interpreted as. As though their protective layer is affecting the frequency of incoming energy and causing it to be seen as a threat, though the actual cause is their own energetic/psychological shielding.

The shield in that 'diagram' is causing the frequency to be changed, so by the time it is felt it seems quite a bit jagged and harsh.

So to answer your question...
I suggest constructing your layers in such a way as to vibe with yourself and if you do put some hard outer layers in, when encountering abrasive frequency, take the time to feel it out. There is always a chance your extra-strong defenses are modulating the energy in to a state that is worse than it actually is.
Then again, some energy is quite obvious :)

I appreciate all the time you put into this. While I practice and work on implementing your advice, I’m still forced to hold block, and spam dodge and evade.

It is the only thing that consistently works for me. It is annoying but necessary unfortunately.

Dancing I'm okay with. It's the possession I have a major problem with. I see it no different than if you were in a club and the dance ends. If the one you're dancing with grabs your arm and won't let go, that is a problem. That's why bouncers exist. To throw out the dangerous ones.


Dancing is a skill and it ends when the music stops.

That's when you let go.

I mentioned it directly weeks back when the energy got so strong it was causing my eyelids to flutter and my eyes to roll back.

That was warning #1. It only went from there.

So, grain of salt regarding legitimacy of the language; yet, anything can be used to focus intent and build thoughtforms and other structures to affect the tapestry.
