You should have it the right and proper way...the chicken should be marinated in the jerk sauce for a minimum of 24 hours. Should be made on the grill if you can do it this way. Must serve it with rice and peas (with fresh tyme twigs) and of course fried fresh plantains. Serve with Bob Marley music  P.s If you don't like spicey food this is not for you Does your name start with an "E"? This thread is about spicey as shit grilled chicken not wheel of fortune answers...
