These drugs I am talking about are things like Provigil or Armodafinil -- They are for shift worker sleep disorder. Countless people I know have used them, or are using them now ... It does wonders for you -- I work in EMS, it's common... Try getting a scrip from your doc, just say you are working rotating shifts and need some provigil. Hope you can figure it out. Been there, it isn't fun. Whatever you can do to fix it... My penis extension can save my life. What can yours do? One in the stink. |

I hate drugs as well, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do in order to take care of yourself. You could use the drugs mentioned to get yourself back into a normal rhythm then you won't need them anymore.. My penis extension can save my life. What can yours do? One in the stink. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71026460 And than that, try nascent idoine... didn't help me with the insomnia, but feel well rested even after sleeping only 3 hours when taking it. That's the thing. I work my ass off almost every day. The only time I sit at a desk for work is an hour or two a day doing proposals and billing. |

User ID: 70412164 United States 12/14/2015 05:23 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I typically sleep less than 6 hours a night. I keep a constant schedule and am in a demanding program (school) It is hard to find time for sleep. However it catches up with me every 5th week or so... I sleep for 12 hour periods for a few days and that's my "Catch up" I am sorry, I know how it feels to be out of sleep and unable to catch any. Try whatever you can.. It's always amazing to me what little trick does it. For me, I have had success a few different ways, perhaps the most extreme was just staying awake until I could not stay awake any longer, I crashed hard. Sorry pal. Magnesium can be great, but Mg does a lot of different things to your body on a cellular level that affects vital organ systems. If Mg doesn't do the trick, don't keep trying for weeks on end... Anonymous Coward User ID: 43694861 United States 12/14/2015 06:42 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Dammit Quoting: Evil_Twin I don't think I've slept more than 2 hours in a day for weeks. Never been a heavy sleeper...maybe 5 hours a night is normal for me. It's just been getting worse and worse the last few months. I tried drinking myself to sleep for a little while, but that obviously has its own problems. I haven't had any caffeine or booze at all in 2 weeks, and it doesn't make a difference. I dozed off last night about 6PM, after being up for like 30 hours. Woke up at 7:30, and have been wide awake ever since. I feel healthy, except for a little lack of energy. WTF!? No rest for the wicked Shouldn't of sold your soul Its not to late to repent |
