Here's the shill argument in a nutshell:

Moslems who were celebrating all over the country but outside of NJ don't count.

Meanwhile, all moslems of NJ were the exception. They didn't celebrate (even though the Howard Stern callers from NJ reported multiple incidents of moslems celebrating the attack.)

Just for the record, for those who only pay attention to conservative outlets, the liberals agree there were celebrating Muslims, what they have issue with was claim there were "thousands" in "Jersey". They say it was a hyperbole and this is an issue because Trump is using this as one reason to justify his discrimination against Muslims, in Liberal eyes at least.

No one is say there weren't celebrating Muslims.

Celebrating Jews on the other hand...

Trump never said that the thousands were in Jersey. He said "thousands" (which there were, all around the World) and then at some other point mentioned that there were even some in Jersey. That's SOME....! But the MSM glommed onto it and distorted it.

This is as bad as when that stupid bitch Tina Fey was PLAYING Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live and said that she could see Russia from her house. The MSM picked it up and attributed it to Palin herself, and it became a meme used by Democrats against Palin (to illustrate her stupidity) when she was running for VP. She eventually quit trying to deny it, and never did live it down, even though she'd never actually said it.

I have relatives in Detroit area neighboring Dearborn, and I live not far from them just South. I can tell you first hand that celebrations did happen in Dearborn. The Michigan State police where on high alert for riot patrol because of the celebrations.

Dearborn in 90% Muslim community, and the residents were out in their neighborhoods openly celebrating. It was broadcast on local news channels that evening, then nothing ever said or shown again.

Reason being, that people started to talk about going to the "Michigan Middle East" and taking things into their own hands.

It was bad enough that Dearborn had a curfew order.

It was definitely a media blackout after some revenge crimes took place the evening of 9/11 and morning of 9/12.
