ignorance is not a bad word nor a slight. ignorance of the law is also not a viable defense.
Simply put, the Name on the BC is NOT and cannot be "yours". You did not create it and your Mom and Dad abanonded it. Again, research how estates were lost by their rightful heirs during the crusades and you will see how the law works against the dead (or those presumed lost at sea).
You MUST be born again, meaning you have to put away everything that has to do with that COLB/BC, if you do not, you will be in BIG trouble.
Watch Pirates of the Caribbean. Jack Sparrow was ALWAYS a pirate trying to get back what was "his" ship, manned by the dead. He eventually did, but was forever lost at sea.
We, on the ofher hand, are attempting to get back onto the LAND, to do so means you have to abandon those SHIPS.
