Earthquake in Oklahoma
Just had a sizeable earthquake, that shook the house, here in Oklahoma. Time was about 5:40 am CST. OKC news agencies felt it on studio too. Still too soon for any seismic data. I'm about 50 miles SE of OKC....

I'd say more powerful than the 3.5. At least a 4.

Here's an update, parts of Edmond are without power due to the earthquake, as per channel 4 news. Must have been a big quake...

Yep 4.3 centered in Arcadia, OK....

Just had a 3.4 aftershock, as per channel 4 news...

Ground is frozen, so the EQ waves get amplified a little and you feel them more...

I tell you its not due to fracking either....

Did you get a letter on your homeowners insurance about the injection Wells and quakes. It looks like insurance companies are preparing for liability concerns. Try to pin it on oil ops. Kinda strange how the oil industry is bust. It will be FEMA dollars = taxpayer

Just wanted to mention, that my dog was acting a little strange about 5 or 10 minutes before the EQ. She was whining as if to tell me to get the hell out of the house...

No more items above my headboard. I have some bookshelf speakers up there. Mess around and get knocked out by a speaker. This is kinda crazy. Now you got to start thinking about stuff. Woodstoves and gas lines. I've been running electric heat.

I was curious about the animals. My sister has a few dogs, but their early warning quake sensors don't work.

Re: Earthquake in Oklahoma
This needs pinned. They've tried stopping the fracking and disposal wells and that's not stopping them. I say it's not oil field related, gotta be related to the New Madrid or the Ninnekah fault. What you think GLPrs?

maybe the fracking destabilized the layers. In which case, it would continue even if they stopped fracking.
