I believe the beast's kingdom is here today.

In Daniel 7:23-24 we learn that this kingdom will devour the entire earth - and we're also told it has 10 horns.

If we go to Revelation 12:3 - we discover the beast of end times is satan, who also has 10 horns.

To me it's pretty obvious satan is now governing on the earth, and in Revelation it says he has but a short time.

Things appear to be moving at warp speed. I suspect the antichrist will be revealed soon.

However, there are still some unfinished prophecies we need to see first.

One is the woman on the beast or mystery babylon.

She is a major player in end times and might give us insight into when we can expect the antichrist to be revealed.

Apparently, she must be removed before the antichrist takes over the new world order.

Revelation 17 reveals the existance of a mystery babylon.

Rev 17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth.

Jeremiah 51 tells about the destruction of babylon and says "fallen" once.

8 Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed.

Revelation 14 says fallen, fallen.

medes against first babylon,

and against the second babylon????

Here is a good description of how it represents the past and future babylon aka mystery babylon:

As the people of Judah found themselves being overwhelmed by the invading Assyrian army, the Lord revealed to Isaiah His future victory over the Babylonians. Why? He did so in order to give them the full picture and to provide them with the assurance of God’s ultimate victory.

2. Isaiah 13-14 is depicting the overthrow of the Babylonian empire by the Medes and the Persians (see 13:17 printed below.) But what elements in this description indicate that the victory of the Medes represents the final victory of the Lord over the whole world of sinful mankind? See especially Isaiah 13:4-5,10,13 (printed below)

See, I will stir up the Medes against them; they will not care for silver, nor will they delight in gold. (Isaiah 13:17)

The sound of tumult in the mountains, like that of a great multitude. The sound of the uproar of the kingdoms of the nations as they gather together. Jehovah of hosts is mustering the army for battle. (5) They are coming from a distant country, from the farthest recess of heaven—Jehovah himself and the weapons of his indignation—to destroy the whole land…(10) The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light. The rising sun will be darkened, and the moon will not cause its light to shine…(13) Therefore, I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth shall be shaken out of its place by the wrath of Jehovah of hosts on the day his fierce anger is expressed. (Isaiah 13:4-5,10,13)

4. According to Isaiah 14:9-20 (printed below,) what will be the final end of the tyrannical “king of Babylon?” Do you think this passage is speaking about the earthly king of Babylon, or does it look beyond him to tell us the final fate of “the ruler of this world” (i.e.; the devil?)

Where else do we find mystery of babylon besides the book of Revelations?

Well many think she is the woman in the basket of Zechariah 5:5-11

In the Book of Zechariah, a series of night visions concerning the end times occupies the first six chapters. The one recorded in Zechariah 5 gives us the answer. Zechariah describes being told in this vision to inspect a large basket with a lead cover. An angel tells him the basket contains the iniquity of the people through out the earth. When he looks inside, he sees a woman, who the angel identifies as the symbol of their wickedness. Then two other women, each with the wings of a stork, lift the basket and begin to fly away with it. (According to Lev. 11:19 storks would be able to carry this load of wickedness without becoming defiled by it because they’re already unclean.)

“Where are they taking the basket?” Zechariah asks. “To the country of Babylon,” the angel replies, “To build a house for it.” (Literally to the plains of Shinar, the location in ancient Mesopotamia of the City of Babylon). “When it’s ready, the basket will be set there in its place.” (Zech. 5:5-11). The fact that an actual physical location is given for the basket’s final destination should discourage anyone from spiritualizing that part of the passage. Again we’ve applied Dr. Cooper’s Golden Rule of interpretation.

We know where they are taking it - but where did it start?
